If you are looking for a diet with nutritional density and gut health in mind, this is for you. Our regular portion consist of 4 ounces of protein and 6 ounces of vegetable. Our larger portion consist of 6 ounces of protein and 8 ounces of vegetables.
This meal plan is prepared with no grains, dairy, nuts, soy, or nightshades/solanine (egg plant, tomatoes, peppers) Order by noon Saturday for next weeks delivery/ pick up.
